Who is DailyLogsPro built for?
DailyLogsPro is built for specialty contractors and subcontractors that need consistent field records, better change-order documentation, and stronger support for billing.
Which devices can use DailyLogsPro?
DailyLogsPro supports iOS, Android, and the web. The mobile app focuses on field capture, while the web dashboard supports office review and administration.
Does the field app work offline?
Yes. Users can create logs and attach photos without service. Queued work syncs when the connection returns.
What can be included in a daily log?
A log can include the work summary, work performed, crew and labor counts, hours, weather, deliveries, inspections, delays, blockers, notes, and photos.
How does approval work?
On Pro and Business, a field user creates a draft and submits it. Submission locks the record. An administrator can approve it or request changes and return it to the author.
Can DailyLogsPro create change orders?
Every plan can flag a potential change. Pro and Business can turn the field event into a priced change order, collect a signature, approve it, and generate an authorization PDF.
Can I export daily logs?
Yes. Every plan creates branded PDF daily-log exports. Pro and Business also create signed change-order authorization PDFs.
How are plans priced?
Starter is $69 per month with 5 field users, Pro is $149 with 15 field users, and Business is $299 with 30 field users. Additional field users cost $7, $5, or $4 per month depending on plan. Annual billing provides two months free.
Does DailyLogsPro integrate with PayAppPro?
Yes. Business includes project sync from PayAppPro and writes approved change orders back as Schedule of Values lines.
Is DailyLogsPro legal advice?
No. DailyLogsPro is a documentation tool. Your contract, project procedures, legal counsel, and applicable law determine notice, approval, lien, and payment requirements.
