DailyLogsPro does not force a company to buy an expensive full software seat for every foreman who needs to submit a daily log. Plans include a practical field team, and additional field users are priced at a small fraction of traditional construction-software seats.
Create logs, record work and events, add photos, work offline, and flag potential changes. Additional field users cost $7, $5, or $4 per month depending on plan.
Manage projects, organization access, review workflows, approvals, reports, billing, settings, and integrations. Administrator capacity is controlled by plan.
Feature alignment
Starter focuses on completing reliable daily records. Field users can flag a potential change so the office does not miss it, but Starter does not include pricing, signatures, approval, or change-order authorization PDFs.
Pro adds the complete approval and change-order workflow. Business adds the PayAppPro connection and the capacity required by larger multi-crew organizations.
Each plan lists the field capacity, administrator capacity, active-project capacity, workflows, and integrations included in its price.
Enterprise
Enterprise pricing is available for larger organizations that need negotiated field-user and administrator capacity, multiple operating teams, dedicated implementation, custom storage or support requirements, and contractual service terms.

Starter is designed for companies that need consistent daily records. Pro adds controlled review and complete change management. Business connects approved changes to PayAppPro and supports larger teams and project portfolios.
Pricing questions
A field user can create daily logs, record events, add photos, and flag potential changes. Field users do not manage billing, integrations, organization settings, or final approvals.
An active field user is a person who signs in, submits data, or uploads files during the billing period. Invited users who remain inactive are not billed as additional field users.
An active project is a project with daily-log, photo, event, or change-order activity during the previous 30 days.
Additional field users cost $7 each per month on Starter, $5 each per month on Pro, and $4 each per month on Business.
Pro and Business include the complete change-order workflow with evidence, pricing, signatures, approvals, and authorization PDFs. Starter users can flag potential changes from the field, but pricing and approval require Pro.
The PayAppPro integration is included with Business.
